Embrace change.<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt;\">Being and feeling stuck in life is an awful place to be, especially in the current situation when the world is still trying to recover from a pandemic and we&#8217;re forced to stay indoors as much as possible, for safety.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt;\">When you are stuck, it feels as though you are literally just spinning your wheels in the mud and are running around in circles. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt;\">It also feels as though no matter what you do or say, nothing will ever change for the better and you\u2019ll be stuck in a clumsy situation forever.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt;\">If you\u2019re not careful, being stuck in life can magnify the fear, guilt, shame and\/or apathy you\u2019re already feeling. You can become even more stuck than you already are. Take a trip to a place you&#8217;ve never visited before<\/span><\/span><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt;\">Whenever I&#8217;ve felt stuck (until the Coronavirus happened), I have found that taking a trip made me feel better than anything else could do. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt;\">There have been several times when I went on high altitude Himalayan treks and lived the minimalistic life. it ended up giving me much clearer perspective about everything.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt;\">Last year, I went on a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.volunteeringsolutions.com\/blog\/a-journey-of-happiness-volunteering-experience-in-kenya\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">volunteering trip to Kenya<\/a> and it was soul stirring to see how people can be so happy with whatever little they have. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt;\">It ignited sense of gratefulness in me, and I realized that a lot of the feelings associated with being stuck come from a lack of gratitude. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt;\">Somethings, we feel we&#8217;re stuck because we tend to forget what we already have.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt;\">These are just a few ways that I\u2019ve followed every time I felt stuck in life, and struggled to overcome. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt;\">They have helped me immensely. But having said that, i would also like to mention that you can only be successful in dealing with such feelings when you deeply believe in yourself. If you lose hope, you\u2019ll keep entangling yourself.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt;\">Success isn\u2019t a giant leap. Success comes from doing the little things day in and day out. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt;\">The habits you formed in the past are what gave you your current circumstances.
