Drink enough water &amp; stay hydrated.<\/span><\/span><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt;\">Did you know that our body is made up of 60% water, and it is essential to drink enough water to stay hydrated? <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt;\">Well, yeah! A well-hydrated body will not just function properly, but it&#8217;ll also show up on your skin, making it glow.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt;\">It also helps to flush out the toxins from the body, so make sure to set a goal to drink a certain amount per day and increase that amount in small increments.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3><span id=\"2_Exercise_regularly\"><span style=\"font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 18pt;\">2. But there are various other ways to move your body while you enjoy doing it. I&#8217;ve tried out Zumba and it&#8217;s something I totally love. Moving our body for at least 30 mins a day is a must, and you can choose any form of exercise that suits you the best.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt;\">Regular exercise can improve your quality of life and help reduce your risk of certain health issues. It also makes you feel more energetic, boosts mood, maintains weight, and helps you sleep better!<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3><span id=\"3_Start_maintaining_a_journal\"><span style=\"font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 18pt;\">3. Start maintaining a journal.<\/span><\/span><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt;\">You might be thinking that writing isn&#8217;t your cup of tea, but there&#8217;s no right or wrong way to journal, and you don\u2019t need to be an excellent writer for that. Well, now it&#8217;s time to be a little mindful about what we consume and opt for healthy eating habits. Get more sleep.<\/span><\/span><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt;\">Getting a night of good sleep is immensely important for our well-being, and it&#8217;s the time when our body is hard at work undergoing deep restorative processes to ensure that we feel refreshed and ready for anything the next day.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt;\">When we don\u2019t take the time to refuel with sleep, it impacts digestion, cognitive function, alertness, and even the decisions we make.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt;\">No matter how busy your schedule is, try to sleep at least for 8 hours a day and you&#8217;ll slowly realize the difference in your life.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3><span id=\"8_Choose_to_be_more_positive_in_your_thoughts\"><span style=\"font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 18pt;\">8. Shifting your mindset can be challenging, but when you finally do it, it is so rewarding.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt;\">If you face a challenge, think that you&#8217;re strong enough to win over it and keep up hope. All we can do is believe in ourselves, and let nothing turn us down.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3><span id=\"9_Reduce_your_tech_time\"><span style=\"font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 18pt;\">9. Reduce your tech time.<\/span><\/span><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt;\">A significant part of our day is spent sitting with our laptop &#8211; all thanks to our work life! Other than that, we often end up scrolling through our social media feed or binge-watching series on Netflix.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt;\">However, it&#8217;s important that we reduce our tech time and inculcate the habit of digital detox, at least once a week.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt;\">Try to avoid looking at the screen half an hour before bedtime. Avoid looking at your phone as soon as you wake up. It\u2019s time we disconnect from our gadgets to connect with ourselves and rediscover ourselves in a fresh way.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3><span id=\"10_Get_into_the_habit_of_reading\"><span style=\"font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 18pt;\">10. Reading improves our comprehension, vocabulary, concentration, memory, and critical thinking skills. It also helps us take a break from the digital world and can even improve our sleep!<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt;\">Set a goal to read at least one book a month, ask your friends to join in this, and look out for recommendations. This will turn out to be a great activity and also encourage you to keep up with your reading habits.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3><span id=\"11_Speak_simply\"><span style=\"font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 18pt;\">11.
