But another study states that people who make new year resolutions are more likely to change their behavior in comparison to those who didn&#8217;t make any.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt;\">If you have not made your resolutions for this year yet, then I will help you to make them for you. Always keep in mind that it&#8217;s not necessary to make a list of 10 or 20 resolutions. When you see its successful completion, it will boost your confidence. Just give 30 minutes to our body. Go for a brisk walk, or jogging, do yoga, pranayama, dancing, cycling anything you like to do. Do it for 30 days, I guarantee you that it will become your habit.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span id=\"3_Volunteer\"><span style=\"font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt;\">3. Volunteer<\/span><\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt;\">Resolve to make a difference this year. You can volunteer for the street children, empower women&#8217;s education, or help to grow more plants.
