For me, it was hard to follow the same routine initially but when I tied it with dedication, it gave me positive results.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt;\">If you are planning to create your morning routine, first you need to jot down your goals. Why do you want to have a morning routine? <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt;\">Is it your goal to have more time for yourself or to be more productive? Do you want to be more productive or you want to change your toxic habits?<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt;\">Tailor your routine to your needs. More importantly, don\u2019t follow other people\u2019s routines. Create your routine according to your goals.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt;\">for the first few days take this routine as a \u201ctrial.\u201d Don\u2019t be so hard to yourself. Once you are set with your routine, you can start challenging yourself with more goals.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt;\">Here I am not giving you a long list of morning habits to follow. If you decide at 7 AM for yourself then be consistent at that time.
